“Your backyard in the sky”: Cascade Residences rooftop opens at The Lanes
As Cascade residents stepped onto the rooftop retreat for the first time, sweeping views of Brisbane prompted audible gasps, while the extensive range of amenities sparked conversations about how the space would soon become part of everyday life.
For some, that meant exploring the Health Oasis, with buyers joking they could cancel their gym memberships and make the most of the premium onsite facilities, including treadmills and reformer Pilates machines. Others were excited to be among the first to cross the skybridge and experience the rooftop at neighbouring Wave Residences.
With both rooftops now open, The Lanes brings together spaces for swimming, wellness, dining and relaxation, all set against spectacular views of the Brisbane skyline.
At its centre is the Palm Lagoon Pool, featuring panoramic views and a 20-metre infinity edge.
Residents can also enjoy the Lookout Bar and Terrace, a private dining pavilion on the Sky Deck, and a wellness retreat complete with a mineral pool, steam room and reflection gardens.
Sunrise and sunset lawns on the Cascade rooftop offer quieter spaces to unwind, while the outdoor cinema and residents’ Sky Lounge provide more opportunities to connect with neighbours and friends.
Cascade’s Health Oasis also includes a fully equipped gym, with dedicated Pilates and yoga zones. Together, the amenities offer residents the flexibility to enjoy the rooftop throughout the day, whether fitting in a morning workout, entertaining friends or simply taking in the view.
The rooftop opening was also an opportunity for future neighbours to meet and share their excitement about calling Cascade home.
Against the backdrop of live violin music, residents mingled over canapés and drinks, exchanging stories and discussing what they were most looking forward to as they prepared to move into their new homes.
