Wave Residences named a finalist in The Urban Developer Awards

Pradella’s Wave Residences at The Lanes has been named a finalist in the 2026 Urban Developer Awards, standing alongside leading residential projects from across Australia and New Zealand. 

The recognition places The Lanes firmly on the Australasian stage, with the project selected from a highly competitive field of entries spanning multiple jurisdictions, markets and development scales. Finalists represent the strongest work currently being delivered across the region, reflecting a breadth of design, delivery and market response. 

Wave Residences, located within Pradella’s broader Riverside West End masterplanned community, was shortlisted in the High-Density Residential category (Under 200). The awards, now in their ninth year, continue to spotlight the people and projects shaping the future of the built environment.
