Pradella’s Riverside West End masterplan in review

With the completion of Wave Residences and steady progress on Cascade Residences, Pradella’s Riverside West End masterplan is nearing its final chapter. Over more than a decade, this $1.5 billion transformation has redefined riverside living in Brisbane, turning a once industrial pocket of West End into one of the city’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations.

A journey of transformation

Pradella’s journey began with Flow West End, followed by Waters Edge, a premium riverfront address that set a new standard for design and liveability. Comprising of the Reach and Drift towers, the development offered sweeping views of the Brisbane River and generous private amenities, introducing a level of residential luxury rarely seen at the time.

Soon after, Gardens brought a sense of community and greenery to the precinct. Completed in 2016, its four buildings – View, Rise, Arbor and Parc – were designed around lush, landscaped spaces that reflected West End’s subtropical charm.

Breeze, completed in 2018, continued this evolution. With its contemporary architecture, rooftop retreat, and sweeping city and river views, it captured the energy of a changing West End.

Then came Montague Markets, the vibrant retail and residential hub that became the social heart of the community. Opened in 2020 and anchored by a full-line Woolworths, the precinct is now home to cafes, health services and specialty stores that have brought convenience right to residents’ doors.

Enclave followed in 2022, delivering sophisticated apartments with generous layouts and resort-style amenities. Positioned as an urban retreat within the Riverside West End masterplan, Enclave reflected Pradella’s continued focus on premium design and enduring quality.

The final chapter is ending

The masterplan has reached its pinnacle with The Lanes. The first tower, Wave Residences, has welcomed its first residents, while construction continues at Cascade Residences. Designed for those who value impeccable craftsmanship and modern sophistication, The Lanes embodies the very best of riverside living.
